ABOUT CAT
Based in Naarm (Melbourne), I specialise in graphic recording, visual communication and workshop design.
I have over 10+ years experience in both graphic facilitation and traditional facilitation, and my diverse corporate experience has given me a knack at translating complex ideas and concepts to clear and highly engaging storytelling artefacts.
Every project begins with listening.
I take time upfront to understand your context, objectives, people and constraints. This discovery phase helps me design sessions and visual approaches that are genuinely fit for purpose
I bring together deep facilitation experience with strong visual communication skills. My ability to listen closely, synthesise information in real-time and translate complexity into clear visual narratives allows groups to see ideas, connections and possibilities as they emerge. The result is shared understanding, stronger alignment and storytelling artefacts that continue to create value long after the session ends.

Graphic Recording is the process of visually capturing content, in real time, using a combination of hand drawn words, shapes, symbols and imagery.
Over 65% of the population are visual learners. Using visual triggers and imagery in your conferences and workshops, makes content more accessible, it helps retain more information being communiated, and adds to a heightend experience for your participants.
